About this beach

Northeast of Novalja is the beautiful Planjka - Trinćel beach - in a deeply indented bay near Stara Novalja. The sandy beach with gentle shores and crystal clear sea is excellent and has held its "Blue Flag" since 2005, contributing to its popularity.

Food and drinks are served at the bar and restaurant on the beach. There is also the service of renting parasols and a rich offer of water sports. The beach is equipped with changing rooms, toilets, and lifeguard services. Parking and bus stops ensure excellent traffic connections.
